Job summary

Siemens Mobility in Pomona, CA seeks a Switchboard Assembly Operator for 2nd shift to assemble and modify electromechanical equipment, follow production schedules and use blueprints and measuring tools.

This is a permanent, full-time role with a 2nd shift (4:00pm–12:30 Midnight) and 3 months of training on 1st shift; pay is $19.98 per hour plus a $0.40 shift differential, with benefits described in the posting.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and use of basic mechanical / measuring tools.
• Ability to stand for long shifts and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and modify electromechanical equipment (e.g. switchboards, lighting panels) using tools and blueprints.
• Process work orders within production schedule and expedite when needed.
• Scan in/out of work orders using computers/scanners as required by production.
