Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc is seeking a Supply Chain Operations Supervisor for 2nd shift (Mon-Fri 3:00pm–11:30pm) in California. You’ll lead daily warehouse operations, supervise a team, and coach staff to raise performance and service levels. The role requires 2 years of relevant experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office and scanner equipment, and a bachelor’s degree in logistics or a related field; overtime flexibility is a must.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and computerized scanner equipment.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime, possibly weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations on a 2nd shift.
• Supervise and coach the team to improve performance.
• Monitor work quality to ensure customer service standards.
• Demonstrate adherence to the GXO quality policy and 7S program.
• Coordinate with leadership and other departments.
