Job summary

GXO is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager for 2nd shift in Santa Clara, CA. You’ll oversee daily warehouse activities, lead a team, ensure safety, quality, and on-time performance.

This role requires 4+ years of warehousing or logistics management, a Bachelor's in Logistics, Lean/Six Sigma knowledge, and experience with 3PL. Proficiency with MS Office and scanner gear is expected. The position runs 3:00pm–11:30pm, Monday–Friday, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of warehouse/logistics management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field.
• Lean, Six Sigma and Continuous Process Improvement knowledge.
• Experience in AS9100 or ISO environments.
• Experience in warehousing or 3PL operations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and scanner equipment.
• Ability to maintain safety and OSHA compliance.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse activities on 2nd shift.
• Lead and develop supervisory staff and team members.
• Ensure safety, quality and on-time customer commitments.
• Coordinate maintenance and equipment needs with the maintenance team.
• Maintain accurate records and timely reports.
