Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Some computer skills required.
• Some experience with performing administrative tasks required.
• Management / supervisory experience required.
• Experience working with union environment preferred.
• CDL preferred (or to be obtained within 6 months of hire).

Responsibilities

• Oversee all assigned duties per facility scope of work.
• Document employee performance and provide coaching as needed.
• Train employees in specialized areas and document training.
• Follow OSHA and site safety guidelines and processes.
• Prepare Confined Space Permits and Lock-Out-Tag-Out procedures.
