Are you a hands-on leader who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? If so, this position is for you! A local manufacturing company in Sheldon, IA is seeking a 2nd Shift Supervisor to lead production employees and help ensure safety, quality, and productivity.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise production employees and help maintain production goals
• Monitor product quality and oversee mold changes
• Ensure employees follow safety policies and procedures
• Communicate with management and other shift supervisors
• Assist with production tasks as needed
• Complete production paperwork and report maintenance concerns

Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and climb throughout the shift
• Ability to work around heat, noise, machinery, and forklift traffic
