Job summary

Top Prospect Group seeks a 2nd Shift Supervisor to oversee daily second-shift plant production in Stratford, CT. You will lead Chemical Operators to meet COPs, quality, and safety standards while maintaining smooth operations.

Responsibilities include supervising the shift, coordinating tasks, ensuring PPE compliance, and maintaining production records in Process Pro. Must have a high school diploma or GED and 3–5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or chemical plants.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience supervising diverse manufacturing or chemical plant operations.
• Experience using an ERP system; Process Pro experience preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to operate complex equipment and ensure safe, compliant operations.

Responsibilities

• Actively support and demonstrate the company’s values and codes of behavior.
• Supervise Chemical Operators and coordinate daily job assignments.
• Ensure operator compliance with COPs, company policies, and safety requirements.
• Monitor production schedules and adjust to meet operational needs.
• Meet daily with the First Shift Supervisor and Plant Manager to communicate updates.
• Maintain production records and ensure proper documentation.
