Job summary

DuBois Chemicals, Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift to oversee chemical blending and packaging. You will lead production employees, ensure safety, quality, and on-time completion, and drive daily improvements.

You will manage daily production activities, maintain records, train new associates, and collaborate with Plant Manager on investments and process changes to support growth and profitability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s preferred.
• Experience supervising production teams in chemical manufacturing.
• Knowledge of ISO, OSHA, and EPA regulations is essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee second-shift blending, mixing, and packaging operations.
• Lead production employees to meet safety, quality, and schedule goals.
• Maintain daily production records and performance data.
• Train new and temporary associates and address personnel issues.
• Ensure adherence to safety policies, PPE, and SDS procedures.
• Coordinate with Plant Manager on improvements and investments.
• Operate sit-down and reach forklifts as needed.
• Maintain housekeeping and supervise equipment maintenance.
