Position Title: Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift

Wage: $20.00 - $24.00/hour

Shift: 2nd

Hours: 2:00pm - 10:00pm

Production Supervisor Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the training of new employees
2. Set schedules for employees and make machine assignments
3. Confirm equipment is set up in accordance with job specifications
4. In conjunction with Quality Assurance, ensure that high quality standards are maintained through all phases of production
5. Ensure that production standards are met, evaluate hourly machine counts, and make adjustments to improve productivity
6. Complete and deliver employee performance evaluations on the company schedule
7. Provide day-to-day supervision and coaching as required, including working with HR to develop and deliver employee improvement plans and disciplinary actions
8. Complete special projects as requested by Plant Manager

Requirements for Production Supervisor:

1. High School Diploma or GED
2. At least one year of supervisory experience
3. Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred but not required
4. Basic computer skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PDF writable software
5. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
6. Ability to adjust quickly in a fast-paced environment
7. Focus on teamwork and conflict resolution skills
