Job summary

CJ Logistics America is seeking skilled forklift operators to join our warehouse team. We offer a base pay with a bi-weekly productivity bonus and a first shift schedule (Mon-Fri, 6:30am–3:00pm).

Responsibilities include safely operating forklifts, loading/unloading, picking, and preparing shipments with accuracy. Strong safety training and reliability are valued assets for this role.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of forklift or warehouse experience.
• Must have the physical ability to lift up to 60 lbs safely and consistently.
• Bonus points for Battery and Propane Safety Training/Certification.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate stand-up forklifts to keep orders moving and customers happy.
• Master the art of loading, unloading, picking, putting away, and consolidating pallets.
• Jump in with manual case picking when directed.
• Get products prepped and shipped with accuracy and care.
• Conduct outbound load audits, correct labels and count discrepancies.
• Keep the warehouse moving by replenishing products in the right bays.
• Tackle other duties as required within training and expertise.
