Job summary

Kilcoy Global Foods North America is seeking a dedicated Machine Operator to manage daily operation of the assigned machine on the production line in our Illinois facility.

You will program and monitor the machine, perform required checks, ensure quality specifications, and document data on tablets. The role emphasizes food safety, GMP compliance, and timely setup to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED Certificate.
• Previous experience in a food production environment required.
• Knowledge of GMPs, SPC, HACCP, OSHA, and USDA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Understand, program, and ensure the machine is running properly for production and enter data on tablets.
• Ensure products meet quality specifications before they reach the consumer.
• Meet set up expectations and start lines on time.
• Maintain or exceed yields and efficiencies by meeting efficiency standards.
• Meet standards of scheduled run times for lines.
• Observe sanitation and food safety; keep area clean and organized.
• Follow GMPs and other guidelines.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
