Job summary

LSI ADL Technology in Columbus, OH is seeking a Solderer to perform hand soldering on wires to PCBs per IPC specs. The role includes mechanical assembly, crimping, and cleaning of wires, with attention to quality and production schedules.

The team supports large-scale product rollouts in the Industrial OEM and Lighting markets. Responsibilities include following SOPs, maintaining a clean work area, and representing the company professionally.

Qualifications

• Experience with hand soldering wires, cables, and boards per IPC specs.
• Ability to perform mechanical assembly, crimping and cleaning wires.
• Familiarity with SMT lines and wave solder equipment aids efficiency.

LSI ADL is looking for a hand Solderer to add to our team at our Columbus, Ohio location.

LSI ADL Technology is an Electronics Manufacturing Services company based in Columbus, Ohio producing Circuit Board Assemblies, Box Build and Cable Assemblies in the Industrial OEM and Lighting markets. We services customers in the Columbus, OH region. Our production work ranges from running Surface Mount Technology Lines, Wave Solder Machines, Potting Machines and Wire Processing equipment in addition to Soldering, Manual Assembly, Conformal Coating & Testing of products. We also incorporate an Inventory Control team responsible for Receiving, Shipping & Materials management throughout the facility.

Summary:

LSI ADL is looking for energetic and outgoing individual to join our team as a Solderer . With this role the employee is responsible for hand soldering wires to printed circuit boards to meet IPC specifications and assure quality standards and meet customer demands. Assemble products until they are complete to acceptance test procedures and routing operations.
