Job summary

LSI Industries, Inc. seeks an on-site 2nd shift Assembler for our Blue Ash, Ohio facility. This role is on the factory floor, aligning individual components into larger assemblies while following standard work instructions.

Responsibilities include using hand tools and mechanical equipment, inspecting parts, and maintaining production quality. Candidates should be able to stand for extended periods and lift 20–60 lbs. We offer a stable, team-oriented environment.

We are looking for an on-site2nd shift Assembler to support our team at our corporate location in Blue Ash, Ohio.

Schedule:M - F | 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

SUMMARY:

This position is responsible for putting together component parts and adhering to specified standard work instructions. Associates verify quality of completed items, manage parts inventory, and use hand tools and mechanical equipment to produce structurally sound products.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assemble parts on assembly line using correct tools and assembly methods.
• Utilize tools to perform mechanical and electromechanical assemblies.
• Perform and understand quality work checks to ensure the product meets quality standards.
• Maintains prompt and regular attendance based on the work hours established by the manager.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Able to handle lights weighing 20-60 pounds.
• Able to work on a standing assembly line.
