Clemens Food Group in Tyrone, PA is hiring a dependable Smokehouse Operator for the 12PM–8PM shift. The role focuses on monitoring cooking and chilling processes to ensure quality and safety. Training is provided, no prior experience required, with emphasis on accurate records and sanitation.

You will load/unload equipment, maintain production logs, and support hourly inspections in a manufacturing setting committed to excellence and safe food production.

Qualifications

• Training will be provided; no experience required.
• Ability to follow detailed specifications and maintain documentation.
• Work in a production setting with varying temperatures.
• Lift, push, or pull product and equipment safely as needed.
• Team orientation with a strong commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Monitor cooking and chilling processes in the smokehouse to meet specs.
• Load and unload smokehouses and brine chillers.
• Accurately complete weight sheets and production records.
• Assist with hourly sanitation and food safety inspections.
• Follow all food safety, quality, and sanitation standards.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
