Job summary

Monogram-Food-Solutions is seeking entry-level personnel to operate in a Chandler, MN smokehouse. You will stand for long periods, lift heavy loads, and work in a moist, hot environment while recording process data and following safety rules.

Ideal candidates are punctual, reliable, and capable of fast-paced workmanship with basic English literacy. Training in quality and safety is provided; overtime and weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and clean work area in the smokehouse operation.
• Monitor racks, spacing, and hanging of product before smoking.
• Record CCPs on control reports accurately.
• Operate and adjust smokehouse equipment as needed.
• Follow standardized work and plan efficiency improvements.
• Support management decisions and maintain productive environment.
• Work overtime and weekends as required.
