Qualifications

• 1 – 2 years of experience in a production environment, preferably as a slitter operator.
• Ability to work assigned overtime, sometimes with short notice.
• Must be able to pass a physical examination for vision, hearing, and mobility.

Responsibilities

• Set up and adjust the slitting machine based on work orders.
• Operate the machine and monitor for defects.
• Measure dimensions to ensure accuracy and inspect material quality.
• Perform routine maintenance and minor machine repairs.
• Support production efficiency and team goals with additional tasks.
