Job summary

Kaizen Lab Inc. is seeking a Slitter Operator to oversee productivity on the slitter line during the second shift (7:30 PM - 6:00 AM). Responsibilities include building set-ups, monitoring cutting processes, and maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• One or more years machine operating experience.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to measure using different tools.
• Basic math and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Build set‑ups by placing spacers and knives onto the slitter arbors.
• Monitor the cutting process and adjust equipment as necessary.
• Produce metal products conforming to quality requirements.
• Safely drive the forklift and operate the overhead crane.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
