Pilkington North America is hiring for a Sit-Down Forklift Operator in Phoenix, AZ. This safety-sensitive role supports replenishment, stocking, loading and unloading across the warehouse on 2nd shift (Mon–Fri, 2:00pm–10:30pm).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–3 years Materials Handling Equipment experience preferred.
• Excellent attendance and safety record required.
• Proficiency in English (verbal and written).
• Ability to lift 35–45 pounds regularly and up to 70 pounds occasionally.
• Able to work independently and in a team environment.
• Non-climate-controlled facility environment.

Responsibilities

• Stock workstation and assembly line (glass, molding and components).
• Stock banding area and replenishment of crates and racks.
• Operate forklift and reach truck to move crates and pallets.
• Unloading/loading crates from containers/trucks; locate crates in bulk locations.
• Follow the production planner's schedule to maintain efficiency.
• Ensure safety and quality procedures are followed at all times.
