Job summary

Accelevation LLC is seeking a Shift Supervisor for Shipping (Modular) on the 2nd shift at our Miamisburg facility in Ohio. You will supervise the shipping team, oversee daily logistics, and collaborate across departments to ensure on-time, quality-driven outputs.

You will mentor staff, enforce safety policies, and drive continuous improvement in shipping processes while maintaining inventory accuracy and meeting production schedules.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in a warehouse and shipping environment.
• Forklift experience required, certifications preferred.
• Strong experience in shipping and logistics.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Knowledge of manufacturing machine equipment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers.
• Manage daily shipping operations.
• Train and develop production staff to improve their skills and knowledge.
• Ensure that production schedules are met and that products meet quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve production processes and efficiency.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels of raw materials and finished products.
