Job summary

Concordance Healthcare Solutions, LLC seeks an experienced Shipping Supervisor for 2nd shift in our Chicago, IL distribution center. Lead the Shipping Department, organize workloads, and guide staff to move freight efficiently and safely while exceeding customer expectations.

The role requires a high school diploma, 3+ years related experience with preference for supervisory experience, and the ability to lift 70 pounds. Shift runs 1:00pm–10:00pm with overtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of three years of related experience; one year in warehouse ops preferred.
• Experience supervising and training staff a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Shipping Department in Chicago.
• Organize daily workload and direct staff; ensure timely freight movement.
• Hire, train, and develop staff; conduct performance reviews twice a year.
• Lead shipping operations: productivity, quality, freight handling, safety, and customer service.
