Concordance Healthcare Solutions, LLC is hiring a 2nd Shift Operations Supervisor for our Kalamazoo, MI distribution center. You will lead the Shipping Department, organize daily work, and drive on-time shipments with a focus on safety and team development.

Responsibilities include hiring/training staff, conducting performance reviews, and maintaining high service levels for customers. We offer robust benefits and a dynamic, team-oriented culture.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of three years of related experience.
• One year in warehouse operations or distribution preferred.
• Experience supervising, training and directing staff is a plus.
• Thorough knowledge of Voice Pick and VAI systems preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Shipping Department in Kalamazoo, ensuring efficient operations.
• Organize daily workload and guide staff to meet schedules and quality standards.
• Oversee training, performance reviews, and staff development twice a year.
• Supervise shipping activities, including freight handling and customer service.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and compliant work environment; manage equipment maintenance.
