OSI Group Batavia, IL is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily department operations, assign tasks, and ensure safe, accurate shipments and inventory management. You will lead a team of 16-25 employees, coordinate tasks, and monitor safety and work rules in a manufacturing setting.

Ideal candidates have 0-1 years related experience, strong data entry skills, and a basic understanding of mechanical operations. High school diploma or equivalent required, with no travel expected.

Qualificações

• 0-1 years of experience in related field preferred.
• Ability to read and understand a variety of documents related to shipping and receiving of goods and materials.
• Ability to accurately enter information into software applications using a keyboard and personal computer.
• Basic understanding of mechanical operations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the daily operations of the department, assign and review work, and ensure safety compliance.
• Supervise 16-25 employees with no hiring authority; mentor and coordinate tasks.
• Process shipments, verify bills of lading, and inspect inventory and equipment.
• Enter data on goods receipts, inventory levels, and material movements.
• Maintain equipment and ensure safety procedures are followed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
