Job summary

You will monitor performance metrics, enforce ISO standards, and mentor staff to improve processes while supporting a strong team culture in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1–3 years of related experience in a factory or manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office for documentation and reporting.
• Fluent in English for business writes and presentations.
• Experience supervising assemblers, machinists or shipping staff is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Enforce safety regulations and ensure compliance with ISO standards.
• Determine daily department requirements with planning input to meet goals.
• Provide training to meet department needs and develop staff.
• Assign daily tasks and manage work orders for team members.
• Track and report metrics related to cost, schedule, quality and safety.
• Coordinate with Planning, Purchasing, Engineering, QA and HR as needed.
• Lead 6S and process improvement activities; participate in audits.
• Direct and perform duties to support department needs and improve production methods.
