Job summary

Coilmaster Corporation, part of Marmon Holdings, is seeking a Production Supervisor for 2nd shift in Phoenix, AZ. The role leads a production team, owns staffing, workflow, and problem solving on the shop floor to safely meet daily output and quality goals.

You will supervise 5+ team members, ensure safety, and maintain ERP transactions along with daily shift documentation. Collaborate with Maintenance, Planning, Engineering, and Warehouse to remove roadblocks and improve processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a manufacturing leadership role.
• Experience managing a team of 5+ employees in a production environment.
• Working knowledge of manufacturing equipment, standard work, and material flow.
• Demonstrates strong leadership and accountability, taking ownership of team performance and results.

Responsibilities

• Lead a production team to meet daily output, quality, and delivery goals.
• Own staffing, workflow, training, and on-the-floor problem solving.
• Maintain ERP transactions, production reporting, and shift documentation.
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Planning, Engineering, and Warehouse to remove roadblocks.
• Uphold safety, 5S, and quality standards.
