Job summary
Lucas Milhaupt, LLC. is seeking a Warehouse/Shipping Clerk for the 2nd shift at our Cudahy, WI facility. You will inspect, log, and move inbound materials, prepare shipments, and coordinate with Purchasing to ensure on-time delivery while maintaining ERP records and accuracy.
The role requires forklift experience, familiarity with FedEx/UPS shipping, and proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems. Strong attention to safety and daily equipment checks are essential.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 1–2 years of shipping/receiving experience preferred.
- Familiar with export regulations and documentation.
- Experience with FedEx/UPS shipping systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
Responsibilities
- Receive and inspect all incoming material and log into ERP.
- Operate forklift or hand truck to move materials.
- Coordinate with Purchasing/Leaders on incoming products.
- Ensure order-specific shipping requirements are met (FedEx/UPS).
- Log material locations and perform cycle counts as needed.
- Perform daily equipment checks and maintain clean, safe workspace.
- Follow safety procedures and wear PPE as required.
- Handle shipping office duties and related paperwork.
