Job summary

Amentum in Utah is seeking a Receiving Associate for the 2nd shift (2:30 pm – 11:00 pm MT). You will verify, inspect, and stow or ship material to meet customer requirements, using basic measurement tools and blueprints under supervision.

You may need to obtain an MHE license, complete inert certification, lift up to 45 pounds, and adapt to potential travel or security clearance. Benefits include health coverage, paid time off, retirement plans, and education reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months general work experience.
• High school diploma or GED required; education can substitute for experience.
• Must obtain MHE license within 30 days of selection.
• Must complete Inert Certification training requirements.
• Position may require travel and ability to pass security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Identify, examine, classify, accept, reject, and dispose of material per regulations.
• Read specifications/blueprints and use basic measurement tools under supervision.
• Load/unload material on skids and pallets; prepare labels.
• Operate equipment and input data to automated receiving/shipping systems.
