Job summary

Amentum is seeking aReceiving Clerk for the second shift (2:30 pm – 11:00 pm MT) under a not-to-exceed contract through 30 June 2027. You will verify material reception and shipping, ensuring items meet customer specs and safety rules. Training in inert certification and MHE licensing is supported as needed.

Responsibilities include inspecting items, reading blueprints or photos, labeling, data entry, and using basic measuring tools. Some locations may require travel or clearance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to obtain MHE license within 30 days.
• May travel and pass security clearance as required.
• Ability to read specifications and recognize quality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Identify, examine, classify, accept or reject material per regulations.
• Visual or instrument-based inspection under supervision.
• Read specs and photos as required for contracts.
• Operate and load material on/off skids and pallets.
• Prepare labels and basic reports; input data to systems.
