Job summary

Wineshipping is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Support 2 to join our wine logistics team. This role supports critical warehouse operations, including material handling, inventory movement, and returns processing, using PIT equipment and warehouse systems.

The position is on 2nd shift with weekend considerations as needed. Core duties include moving inventory, scanning products, loading and unloading trucks, and ensuring accurate documentation across Bills of Lading and POs.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years forklift operation, receiving, replenishing, and returns.
• 2 years warehouse experience preferred.
• 1-year customer service experience.
• Able to work with minimal supervision.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Solid understanding of inventory practices.
• Familiar with WMS applications.

Responsibilities

• Operate PFIFO forklift equipment to move pallets and keep product flowing.
• Move inventory around the building from storage to line.
• Use scanners and computers to track product accurately.
• Load outbound freight and ensure smooth dock operations.
• Unload incoming goods and stage inventory for warehousing.
• Read Bills of Lading and match with POs; verify in WMS.
