Job summary

IFCO SYSTEMS US, LLC is seeking a 2nd Shift Shipping & Receiving Clerk in McDonough, GA. The role focuses on inventory control, data entry, and shipment documentation, with 1–3 years in admin and 1+ year in shipping/receiving preferred. Hours: 1:00 pm–11:00 pm EST.

Responsibilities include verifying shipments, maintaining records, and supporting billing documents while working in a team environment.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of general office administration experience.
• 1+ years in Shipping & Receiving preferred.
• Previous face to face customer service experience.
• Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow IFCO guidelines concerning Drivers/Shipping/Receiving.
• Maintain shipping records and document controls/retention.
• Prepare bills of lading for shipments.
• Notify supervisor of major discrepancies or substitutions.
• Performs other clerical duties as needed.
