Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Warehouse Specialist for the 2nd shift (2:00 pm–10:30 pm MT) to support receipt and shipping of material. The role emphasizes inspection per regulations and data entry into automated systems.

Candidates should be able to read specifications and blueprints under mentoring, lift up to 45 pounds, and may travel or require a security clearance. This is an NTE position through June 30, 2027.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must obtain license to use MHE within 30 days of selection.
• Must successfully complete Inert Certification training requirements.
• Position may require travel.
• Position may require the ability to pass and maintain a Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Identify, examine, classify, accept, reject, and dispose of material per regulations.
• Perform visual examination or use measuring devices under mentoring.
• Read specifications and photographs as required in DLA contract.
• Read blueprints, schematics under mentoring.
• Load material on/off skids, pallets, stands.
• Prepare labels as required.
• Prepare basic reports.
• Operate tools and equipment.
• Receive data from and input data to automated systems.
• May operate material handling equipment and hold license.
• Count, weigh, record data, apply tags and labels.
• Perform preventive maintenance adjustments to related equipment.
