Franklin Electric in Madison, WI is seeking a reliable Shipping & Receiving Associate for the 2nd shift. You will receive, inspect, and verify materials, prepare shipments, and support inventory control while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The role requires a high school diploma, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and in a team. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–10:30 PM, with competitive pay and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Support production by replenishing materials through Kanban systems and maintaining inventory at designated locations.
• Perform inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Maintain organized inventory locations and ensure materials are properly labeled and stored.
• Assist in identifying and resolving inventory discrepancies.
• Work closely with Production, Planning, Purchasing, and other team members to support operational goals.
• Follow all safety, quality, and workplace policies while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our 2nd shift team. In this role, you'll play an important part in ensuring materials, products, and customer orders are accurately received, stored, and shipped on time.

Department: Materials/Inventory

Location: US - Wisconsin - Madison

Compensation: $21.00 - $25.00 / hour

2nd Shift Shipping and Receiving Associate

$21-$25 hour + 8% Shift Premium

Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM-10:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 6 months of shipping, receiving, warehouse, logistics, or inventory experience.

Physical Requirements
