Job summary

Franklin Electric Co. is looking for a Warehouse Lead in Twin Falls, Idaho to supervise daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory control. You will ensure accuracy, safety, and timely order fulfillment while supporting workflow and mentoring teammates.

Qualifications

  • Ability to safely operate stand-up and sit-down forklifts.
  • Verify materials against bills of material, pick lists, work orders, and shipping documentation.
  • Knowledge of warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and material movement.
  • Safely use overhead cranes, lift‑assist devices, and other handling equipment.
  • Mechanical aptitude and power tools experience.
  • Prioritize work and support daily workflow in a fast-paced setting.
  • Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy.
  • Effective verbal and written communication.
  • Train and assist team members with processes and safety.
  • Identify and resolve routine operational issues.
  • Proficiency with SAP or other warehouse management systems.
  • Maintain a clean, organized workspace via 5S and continuous improvement.
  • Work independently and as part of a team.
  • Maintain vendor platforms (Avetta and ISN).

Responsibilities

  • Support daily warehouse operations ensuring safe, accurate, and efficient material movement.
  • Perform shipping, receiving, inventory control, material handling, and order fulfillment.
  • Coordinate workflow, train teammates, and solve problems to meet safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals.

The Warehouse Lead is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the warehouse by ensuring the safe, accurate, and efficient movement of materials throughout the facility. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

What you need:

Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or logistics experience required.
  • Previous experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or manufacturing environment required.
  • Experience with ERP or similar inventory management systems preferred.
  • Previous experience providing training, guidance, or support to team members preferred.
  • Experience working with inventory transactions, shipping documentation, and material handling processes preferred.
