Franklin Electric Co. is seeking a dependable 2nd Shift Shipping & Receiving Associate for the Madison, WI facility. The role focuses on accurate receiving, storage, and timely shipping of materials and customer orders, with emphasis on detail and teamwork.

Responsibilities include inventory control, kanban replenishment, and safe operation of material handling equipment. The position offers full-time hours on the 2:30–10:00pm shift with a competitive hourly wage and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against packing slips and purchase orders.
• Pick, pack, stage, and prepare outgoing shipments accurately and efficiently.
• Transport materials and inventory throughout the facility using appropriate equipment.
• Support production by replenishing materials through Kanban systems and maintaining inventory at designated locations.
• Perform inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Maintain organized inventory locations and ensure materials are properly labeled and stored.
• Assist in identifying and resolving inventory discrepancies.
• Work closely with Production, Planning, Purchasing, and other team members to support operational goals.
• Follow all safety, quality, and workplace policies while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
