Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 1 years related work experience.
• Basic level proficiency with PowerPoint, Windows, MS Word and MS Access.
• Intermediate level proficiency with Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage warehouse operations for proper inventory levels.
• Manpower review and placement.
• Communicate with customers.
• Monthly reporting of Department measureables.
• Conducts Coaching / Counseling sessions to resolve issues.
• Ensures Training/Rotations are Established and all Safety policies and procedures are followed.
• Enter Time Sheets of Subordinates and PTO.
• Perform Associate Evaluations in a Timely Manner.
• Ability to perform essential and subordinate duties and responsibilities.
• Track Scrap Cost, and Present Preventive Ideas to Management.
• Other duties as assigned.
