Qualifications

• Experience in shipping/logistics or related roles preferred.
• Forklift experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipments per customer orders and schedules.
• Prepare shipping documents and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate with warehouse staff for picking and packing.
• Serve as main contact for customers on shipping updates and issues.
• Obtain quotes and manage transportation costs; review carrier invoices.
• Identify process improvements to boost shipping efficiency.
