Responsibilities

• Process all outbound small-parcel shipments using UPS and FedEx online portals.
• Accurately weigh finished goods and record dimensions.
• Coordinate late-evening pickups and manage incoming trailer swaps.
• Generate paperwork including Bills of Lading and Commercial Invoices.
• Conduct cycle counts and update Warehouse Management System.
• Collaborate with the production team to prioritize orders.
• Maintain a daily log of shipping costs and performance.
