You will be responsible for checking orders in GEM, preparing shipping documents, and ensuring order readiness. Qualifications

• GMP/HACCP/BRC training required.
• Excellent mathematical skills are essential.
• Excellent communication skills are essential.
• Good computer skills are required.
• Any leadership experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Check orders in GEM and prepare shipping documents.
• Schedule appointments and verify order readiness.
• Produce and distribute daily reports on finished goods, labels, production, and shipping activity.
• Run monthly reports on brite stock inventory, salvage inventories, and labeling costs.
• Answer and direct phone calls with guidance as needed.
• Assist Warehouse Manager as needed.
• Process UPS shipments and receipts; notify receipt as appropriate.
• Collaborate with Inventory Analyst and provide back-up as needed.
• Assist Shipping/Receiving Forklift Operators as needed.
• Oversee driver lounge and stocking.
• Safely operate a forklift and complete daily pre‑operational checks.
• Load and unload semi-trailers.
• Perform other assigned tasks.
