Job summary

Georgia-Pacific’s OSB plant in Alcolu, South Carolina is hiring a Shipper for 2nd shift. You will operate a forklift to load products, perform pre-op checks, and move materials to customer trailers and rail cars. The role offers competitive benefits and a path for growth within Koch Industries.

Qualifications

• Experience operating a forklift in an industrial setting.
• One year or more in manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Experience operating mobile equipment and using a computer for basic record keeping.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-operating checks on forklift and equipment.
• Safely move products from warehouse and load on trailers, rail cars and center-beams.
• Load products with a forklift/clamp truck ensuring zero defects in a timely manner.
• Consolidate and organize warehouse as needed.
• Maintain clean work areas to prevent loading issues.
• Perform repetitive physical tasks for extended periods.
