Job summary

Georgia-Pacific is recruiting for Shipper’s to join our Corrugated facility in Mogadore, OH. This role offers a starting wage of $24.80 per hour with opportunities to increase compensation based on skills and plant performance.

Shifts include rotating 1st/2nd (7am–3pm, 3pm–11pm) or night (11pm–7am); candidates must be available for any shift. Paid vacation begins after 90 days, increasing to 2 weeks annually starting January 2027.

Qualifications

• Experience operating a forklift.
• Able to rotate shifts and work extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Conduct required pre-operating checks on forklift and equipment.
• Safely move products from warehouse and load on customer’s trailers.
• Ensure customer needs are met by operating a forklift to load product with zero defects in a timely manner.
• Consolidate and organize warehouse as needed.
• Keep all work areas free and clear of debris that could cause problems while loading.
• Perform tasks such as sitting, lifting, walking, climbing, stooping, standing, pushing, and/or pulling for extended periods of time.
