Job summary

Qualifications

• High School or GED diploma required.
• Two years of prior experience or equivalent training.
• Strong math aptitude and analytical reasoning.
• Ability to identify issues and communicate effective solutions.
• Leadership, interpersonal, and mentoring skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage interruptions professionally.
• Able to interpret drawings and schematics accurately.
• Proficient with common inspection and test equipment.
• Technical certification in mechanical, electrical, automation or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain equipment to support manufacturing and customer service.
• Set up, adjust, and troubleshoot equipment for production.
• Independently operate various machines and perform tool changes.
• Cycle through programs to obtain first article on multiple machine types.
• Collaborate with other technicians and operators.
• Implement area-specific compliance issues (quality, environmental, safety).
• Participate in continuous improvement projects.
• Assist with training associates as necessary.
