Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Set-up Technician to support production by setting up, adjusting, and troubleshooting machines on the 3rd shift (Sunday-Thursday, 11:00pm-7:00am). You will operate, modify as needed, and maintain equipment to ensure quality output, with documentation of audits and clear communication to the team.

This role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, at least 6 months of injection molding experience, forklift certification, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of injection molding experience.
• Forklift certification.
• Moderate computer and Microsoft Office skills.
• Great attention to detail and ability to work with interruptions professionally.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain equipment as needed to support operations.
• Make professional and lasting modifications and repairs to existing equipment with direction from management or qualified associates.
• Responsible for cosmetic criteria as specified and communicating criteria to employees.
• Relay pertinent product and quality related information to Operators, Inspectors, Supervisors, and peers, in written and verbal forms.
• Documentation of production, maintenance, and QC audits performed.
• Organizing and maintaining the order and cleanliness of equipment, storage areas and the department.
• Other duties and projects as required by production and business need.
