Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Prefers 1 year experience in a repair depot.
• Must be able to read and write English.
• Experience with replacing components such as LCDs/HDDs across multiple brands (ASUS, Dell, HP, Lenovo, Toshiba, Apple, Acer).
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, test, and diagnose servers.
• Replace parts as needed.
• Conduct and analyze server stress tests.
• Document symptoms, test results, and parts replaced in shop floor tool.
• Collaborate with motherboard repair, testing, QC, and inspections personnel.
• Provide backup for QC, inspection, and motherboard testing.
• Maintain parts consumption and related records.
• Other duties as assigned by leadership.
