Sibanye-Stillwater Recycling is seeking a hands-on, people-focused Security Supervisor to lead our 2nd-shift security team in a high-security precious metals recycling environment. The role emphasizes coaching, setting clear expectations, and building a culture of accountability and teamwork.

The ideal candidate will bring 3–5 years of security operations experience, prior supervisory experience, and a strong focus on safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of security operations or related field.
• Supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; HS diploma with relevant experience considered.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on leadership, coaching, and development to Security Team Leads and Security Specialists.
• Build and maintain a positive, engaged, and accountable team culture.
• Set clear performance expectations, recognize achievements, and address concerns fairly.
• Oversee daily security operations, staffing, scheduling, and shift coverage.
• Monitor CCTV, access-control systems, incident response, and investigations.
• Protect employees, visitors, assets, and facilities.
• Support onboarding, training, and performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with leadership to strengthen procedures and safety standards.
