Sibanye-Stillwater is hiring a Security Officer to join our 2nd Shift team at our Fairless Hills facility.

If you’re reliable, observant, safety-focused, and looking for a security position where you can stay active instead of sitting behind a desk all shift, we want to hear from you.

This is a full-time, Monday-through-Friday position with a consistent 2:00 PM–10:00 PM schedule —no rotating shifts.

What Your Day Will Look Like

Our Security Officers play an active role in helping maintain a safe and secure workplace. Throughout your shift, you’ll:

• Control facility access and verify employees, contractors, and visitors.
• Patrol the facility and complete routine security checks.
• Monitor cameras, alarms, and surveillance systems.
• Screen individuals and packages using security equipment.
• Operate metal detectors, handheld scanners, and X-ray equipment.

A Few Position Requirements

This is an active, onsite security position. Candidates must be able to stand and walk for extended periods, bend, conduct searches of persons and packages, and lift up to 50 lbs. when needed.

Employment is also subject to applicable ITAR and NAID requirements and successful completion of required pre‑employment screening, which may include a background and credit check, drug screening, and physical examination.
