Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 18 years of age or older.

• Experience in alarm monitoring and security operations centers is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV, alarms, and video equipment; communicate incidents to leadership.
• Dispatch security officers and emergency responders as needed via phone, radio, and software.
• Maintain daily logs and records of communications and events.
• Coordinate life safety responses to incidents and ensure proper escalation.
• Provide general assistance to employees, vendors, and guests.
• Ensure all security systems are functioning and report deficiencies.
