Qualifications

• New York State Certification preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.

Responsibilities

• Control access to facilities, log visitors, and escort terminated associates.
• Monitor and log vehicle traffic entering and exiting the premises.
• Answer and direct phone calls after business hours.
• Perform patrol rounds to ensure safety compliance.
• Assist with emergencies and contact appropriate agencies as required.
• Operate and monitor video surveillance and maintain logs.
• Verify deliveries and log details into the MMS system.
• Open and close the facility, including alarm procedures.
