Walden Security is seeking dedicated Unarmed Security Officers for a 2nd shift (3p-11p) to protect client facilities, personnel, and visitors. The role emphasizes strong observation, communication, and customer service in a welcoming environment.

Entry-level applicants are welcomed; we assist with TN security licensing and provide extensive training. A resume is required for consideration and interviews may occur the same day.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; security training or certification is a plus.
• Strong observational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
• Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation purposes.
• Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure a safe and secure environment.
• Observe and report suspicious activities, incidents, or hazards.
• Enforce policies including access control and visitor management.
• Provide assistance and directions to staff and visitors as needed.
• Respond to emergencies, including medical situations, fires, and security breaches.
• Maintain records of daily activities, incidents, and interactions with authorities.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify security risks.
