Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required or desirable.
• Experience in building cleaning maintenance is desirable.
• Able to read, write and speak English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Check and secure building at start/end of shift.
• Clean rooms, hallways, cafeterias, restrooms and offices.
• Sweep, mop, buff, strip and wax floors.
• Clean rugs, carpets, and blinds; wash walls and windows.
• Replace light bulbs and set up rooms for events.
• Assist with snow removal and grounds upkeep.
• Receive deliveries and stock classrooms; transport supplies.
