Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience operating floor equipment (scrubber, buffer, commercial vacuum) and performing waxing/stripping preferred.
• Knowledge of routine housekeeping and maintenance practices required.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine cleaning, housekeeping, and basic maintenance to keep buildings clean and safe.
• Clean and maintain floors, wash windows and surfaces, dust fixtures, restrooms and common areas.
• Perform light maintenance tasks and basic repairs as needed.
• Set up spaces for events and assist with move/add/changes as required.
• Follow safety procedures and report hazards to supervisor.
