Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or an equivalent qualification.
• Ability to perform manual tasks and operate cleaning equipment.
• Regular and predictable attendance is essential.
• Ability to follow oral or simple written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning duties: scrubbing, mopping, sweeping, waxing, dusting with hand or mechanical tools.
• Provide presence to deter theft or damage and ensure safety.
• Care for heating/AC systems as required (low pressure, steam, hot air, electric or oil).
• Assist with minor emergency repairs.
• Clean and care for the grounds.
• Maintain records/inventory and order supplies when needed.
• Demonstrate courteous, professional demeanor to all stakeholders.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
