Qualifikationen

• Two years of custodial experience preferred.
• Experience maintaining professional working relationships with students, staff, supervisors, and school community members.
• Proficient in handling chemical cleaners and supplies per manufacturers' instructions.
• Works independently and demonstrates cooperative and helpful demeanor.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must be able to work safely in a pool environment.
• Equivalent combinations of experience and education will be considered.

Aufgaben

• Cleans and preserves designated spaces and equipment.
• Maintains building and grounds security during the school day.
• Restocks disposables and provides inventory usage data.
• Assists visitors in utilizing facilities and setting up equipment.
• Performs routine custodial duties: dusting, mopping, vacuuming, restroom cleaning, restocking supplies.
• Maintains custodial equipment and supplies.
• Empties trash and disposes of it properly.
• Unlocks and locks doors after cleaning areas.
• Reports needs and concerns to appropriate staff and submits work orders as needed.
• Promotes safety and environmental practices.
